Privacy Policy

Mappamory is a private memory map app for iPhone. This Privacy Policy explains how information related to the product is handled and will continue to be updated as the app evolves.

Information you may create

To help you record important people, places, and shared experiences, the app may store people records, place records, Anchor, Moment, event descriptions, dates, tags, notes, and photos or attachments you choose to add.

How place information is used

Place information is used to help you put relationship memories back in specific locations, such as where you first met, met again, lived for a long time, or traveled together. Mappamory is not a public social platform and does not publish your place records by default.

People and contact-like records

People you record in the app are used to build your own relationship journal. Unless you export, share, or explicitly enable a future related feature, these records are not displayed as public social profiles.

Photos and attachments

If you add photos or attachments, they are used to enrich the related event or place memory. The app interface will continue to explain how these contents are stored and deleted as features evolve.

Third-party services

The website currently has no user login, form submission, or tracking-oriented feature. If the app uses system maps, sync, crash analysis, or other third-party services in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Your control

You can view, edit, or delete records you create. You may also export data or create a complete local backup according to app capabilities. Personal records are stored locally by default unless you choose to export or back them up.
